Over the last while, Shine Fresh has been creating a "Healthy Option" series of podcasts, supported by Banbridge Youth Bank. There are a couple of pieces of news regarding this - first of all, we've decided to take a break in the series until late August/early September so that you don't have to miss episodes while you're away on holiday. We'll be leaving the podcasts that are already up (the plan is to update these when we relaunch the series), so you can continue to access them here (www.shinefresh.org.uk) or if you prefer, we've now added the option to subscribe using iTunes (click here).
